need a website that allows my members to:

Register by selecting a username and password.

The member must be allowed to upload music for preview and also be able to sell
it for profit. The money will be issued by my company so I will need to be able to manage all transactions.

Each member will have their own page where the music will be featured and we will allow photos of the artist also a bio section and any addition tour information. We would like to allow fans to register with their favorite artist and to keep in touch using comments and messaging.

We will not monitor every upload but we would like a report this image link underneath all images.

I need a control panel to manage all aspects of these processes.

The site will also have to have an interactive chat box for real time communication with my visitors to assist with navigating my site.

I will need a logo designed and I need to have full control of the contents so that I can update the site whenever it is needed.

I want the site to be bright with as much white as possible but an eye pleasing amount of color so that it is welcoming and easy to understand.

This project needs to be done as soon as possible
