What I need:

A website set up, which includes the following.

-Forum
-Member log-in/registry
-Main page
-Article submittal
-Search (By article or member)
-few others
-Article/member of the day
-Polls
-Admin/moderation control
-Email to accommodate ~5 admin accounts.

What it is-

A website to serve as a site where members can talk about \'subject\', utilize a forum, or search for stories/articles/submittals. Need the ability to moderate members, content posted, and to ban/[not allowed]/restrict/rank members. Overall, a site set up as a community, which relays user-submitted information, and allows the users to communicate on the side as well.

Topic at hand-

Will serve as a relationship advice site, emphasizing member-ran problems and solutions by others, through means of forums, stories/encounters submitted by users, and various links to other pertaining information. Community based is the goal.
