OSCommerce site with many modifications. (SEO URLs, Header Tags controller, whos online enhancement, Multiple Vendor Shipping - MVS, Ultra Pics and others)

I need you to review the the /admin/categories.php to verify proper codeing. The site is currently experincing a few minor errors since the addition of MVS. Your job will be to verify the correct coding of categories.php and ensure all modules have been installed correctly. If issues are found I expect them to be corrected. I have done all of the modifcations myself and the site has been error free before the addition of MVS. Combining these contributions is beyond my technical ability. Project is not complete until I am able to test and verfiy proper functionality.
