We need a solid programmer to upgarde our online dating software

You should able to work modularly, reasonably quickly, understand and tweak legacy code, write new apps, write clean code, troubleshoot, etc.

Work days, nights, or weekends - your choice - from your home.

Applicant must have :

Experience, at least 3-6 years web programming experience. This is not for students, we really need a seasoned programmer.

VERY strong in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, Security issues, Troubleshooting,HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, Credit card processing API, Cron Jobs, Setting up and monitoring web services and apps.

Reliability, be good with deadlines, be available via cell phone if needed
Must have built/worked on large web sites/applications before
Must have worked with larger heavy-traffic sites before to understand the effects of heavy traffic on a system
Ability to understand the logic in the existing codebase to figure out how to accomplish new tasks
Self-motivated and self-driven
Ability to work with others well
Creativity - a large part of programming
