CSS, xHTML,PHP Expert for theming in Drupal

I require someone who has strong experience with CSS, PHP (display related – not logic) and XHTML standards to customize themes, nodes, menus, CCKs for Drupal. The completed work needs to be XHTML compliant and look exactly as per specification document given.

Here is a sample of the kind of work in Drupal that you will be doing. Modify this product theme for a custom content type field already created in Drupal and modify its teaser and full node view as per attached example.
