This project s simple and straight forward. Here it goes: I have created 5 - 7 forms in Visual Basic Express and need an experienced VB programmer to code them for me. I am using VB 2005 Express with SQL Server 2005 Express and need this application to be completed quickly. It is a real estate evaluation program with some basic calculations in addition to amortization and calculating principal and interest payments on fully amortized loans.

Here\'s what I need. A programmer who is fast and efficient and able to complete the project using the following process:
1. I will foward the entire design document
2. Each form will be completed individually to ensure a quality product with minimal errors.
3. The DB to be created using SQL Server Express and created as each form is created.
4. Each completed form with code and exe will be forwarded to me upon completed to verify it is completed with no errors.
5. Basic \"Reports\" will be created based on queries that I will forward to programmer
6. After all forms are completed, the complete source code, exe files, and DB will be forwarded to me to verify quality.

All source code and application will be owned by me.
