need a program that uses many threads over socks4 and https proxies to login into a website with different accounts at the same time and [not allowed] the profiles by filling out a simple form and clicking submit....

Must know how to program in c++ and vb

Must have experience with socks and https proxies

Must have free time to work on this project (at least 4-5 hours a day)
