Needing an informational HOME page with three dynamic photo slots (a commercial property, residental and developments featured photo).

These photos need to be able to be edited and changed when needed by us. Also need an ABOUT US tab (informational), A CONTACT US Page (infomational - fill out forms), A PROPERTIES tab divided into three sections (residental, commercial and developments).

Under the property tab and the three subsections we need to be able to put up, edit or take down our own pictures and content of featured homes & properties.

Need also a MLS SEARCH tab - this tab will be linked to the MLS search database provided for realtors. The site has to be search engine optimized. Make it as admin user friendly as possible due to changing properties and information on a daily basis.
